Australia has firmed from $2.50 to $1.70 to win back the Ashes after a crushing victory against England at the Gabba.
England is now out to $3.75 to win the series and $2.15 to retain the Ashes.
The visitors have opened outsiders to bounce back and win the second Test in Adelaide starting on 5 December.
“Australia is already proving popular at $2.70 to take an early 2-0 series lead,” said TAB’s Matt Jenkins.
“However, England thrashed Australia in Adelaide last time they met at the venue and should be suited by conditions.”
Australia found themselves 3-2 in the first innings at Adelaide Oval in the 2010 Ashes series; England won by an innings and 71 runs.
Graeme Swann took only two wickets in Brisbane, but will be better suited in Adelaide where he took seven wickets last time.
Kevin Pietersen made 227 in the first innings last time in Adelaide. Any player to make a double-ton in the Ashes series is $2.35.
